Elliott Gould is an actor that comes from humble beginnings. When he was young, his parents did all that they did so that he could study acting. His father worked in the textile industry, and his mother sold fake flowers for decorations. He eventually made it into the industry in the ’60s. He appeared on Broadway and appeared with smaller roles but found it hard to catch the break he was looking for. He had made a solid name for himself by the early 70s and went on to co-star in a range of popular films.
