S. Epatha Merkerson

Epatha Merkerson is a great inspiration to many not only because of her achievements in life, but also because of her determination and talent that led her to stardom. Merkerson was born in Saginaw, Michigan. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and started her acting career professionally on stage in New York City. Later on, Merkerson transitioned to television and film work.
