Although he appreciates the popularity he got from the medical drama series, Patrick also wishes to be more than just Derek Shepherd. Besides acting, the Enchanted star has also been seen stepping on the gas pedal on the racing tracks, having competed in Rolex at Daytona, Baja 1000, and 24 Hours of Le Mans.
