ROBERT REDFORD & SIBYLLE SZAGGARS

Even during his years in school, Robert Redford already had quite a fascination for sports and the arts. His love for the latter eventually helped him develop an impressive degree of enthusiasm and talent for painting and acting. Since then, after beginning his acting career around the late 1950s, Redford has garnered widespread recognition for his work as a filmmaker, producer, and actor, having worked on projects such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, All the President’s Men, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

At this point, many may have already heard of the expression, “birds of a feather flock together.” Well, by the looks of it, such is the case of the Ordinary People director and his wife, Sibylle Szaggars, an artist who has exhibited her work around Singapore, Japan, and Europe, among other places. With their relationship beginning around the 1990s, the two finally became a married couple in 2009.
