MARK HARMON & PAM DAWBER
Fans of the procedural drama NCIS have undoubtedly heard of Mark Harmon. Before making his way into the acting scene, though, he also had a stint as a college football player, having been the quarterback for the UCLA Bruins. Plus, he’s also made a couple of investments as a carpenter here and there. Nowadays, Harmon is often associated with his on-screen persona Leroy Jethro Gibbs, a guest-starring role he had in JAG, which ultimately became a series regular for its spin-off NCIS.
Harmon’s wife, Pam Dawber, has also had a pretty good run in the acting scene. Although now retired, it’s safe to say most of her fans know her best for her lead performance in the sitcoms My Sister Sam and Mork & Mindy. Plus, despite this happily-married couple preferring to keep their personal lives away from the spotlight, they have worked together on some projects, such as the 1999 film I’ll Remember April and in seven episodes of NCIS.
