Jimmy Lydon
Jimmy Lydon was born James J. Lydon on May 30, 1923, in Harrington Park, New Jersey. He is an American actor and television producer who began his career as a teenager. In the 1930s, his family didn’t have much and was having a hard time finding employment during the Great Depression. The family didn’t have much to be able to get cash loans and so Lydon, at a young age, decided to try out acting and eventually fell in love with the craft.
His first role was Danny in the Broadway play, Western Waters. He has since created multiple works in the industry and is known to have co-created the TV show M*A*S*H. With his hard work and perseverance, he didn’t only help his family but has also found his passion. The happily retired actor is now very much enjoying the fruits of his hard-earned labor.
