Many people love to make investments to have pets at home but not all take full responsibility for their pets. A barking dog or noisy pet is one of the common issues among neighbors. If we were one of those neighbors who had already dealt with the same issue, we would understand where the writer of this note is coming from.

Unlike the other notes that we have seen, this note didn’t demand or imply any specific action to be taken, but we can feel the desperation evoked in this note. With the “Your dog barks” followed by half a dozen more “and barks,” we can already imagine how irritated this neighbor was.
